Support that exceeds expectations.

Donations made to selected, qualified
charities by employees of CIBA Insurance
Services, its brokers and service providers
are matched by The Foundation—
up to $1,000 per year per individual

• Minimum amount per donation is
twenty five dollars.
• All gifts are paid via the CIBA
Foundation, a private foundation. No
matching contribution will be made to
other private foundations.
• The charity must be defined in Section
501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
• The Foundation can not match gifts to
churches, seminaries or purely sectarian
organizations, political organizations or
endowment funds.
